Austria – a worldwide success
Exceeding the 100 thousand million Euro mark for Austrian exports is an unprecedented milestone in the history of the internationalisation of the national economy. To ensure the continuation of this success story, all Austrian businesses have at their disposal the Austrian Foreign Trade Organisation, with its extensive international networks: 107 outposts in 72 countries throughout all 5 continents.
With a share of the gross domestic product approaching 60%, the export of goods and services is the most important driver of the Austrian national economy. Austria earns 6 out of every 10 euros abroad. With around 800 events, we are building together efficient overseas networks for the future of our country.
